What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing service categories and launch new ones.
  • Analyze buyer and seller acquisition trends in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Review and optimize category pricing and conversion rates to maximize profitability.
  • Produce regular commercial insights to inform business decision-making.
  • Support promotional and trading initiatives aligned with regional growth plans.
  • Monitor competitor activity, business models, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an analytical, commercial, or growth role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence in identifying trends.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
  • Experience working with data visualization tools or dashboards.
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a commercial analyst in a marketplace or lead generation business.
  • Exposure to performance marketing metrics or sales data analysis.
  • Proficiency in French or German.
