What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to grow existing service categories and launch new ones.
- Analyze buyer and seller acquisition trends in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Review and optimize category pricing and conversion rates to maximize profitability.
- Produce regular commercial insights to inform business decision-making.
- Support promotional and trading initiatives aligned with regional growth plans.
- Monitor competitor activity, business models, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an analytical, commercial, or growth role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence in identifying trends.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
- Experience working with data visualization tools or dashboards.
- Ability to prioritize high-impact tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience as a commercial analyst in a marketplace or lead generation business.
- Exposure to performance marketing metrics or sales data analysis.
- Proficiency in French or German.
