What you will do

  • Understand, apply, and communicate the HR strategy, serving as the first point of contact for HR issues.
  • Execute all employee lifecycle processes from hire to exit.
  • Support organisational change and development, ensuring a structured approach to skills development.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with legal employment requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Administration and other HR areas to ensure data accuracy and employee service.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations to ensure corporate compliance.
  • Understanding of company organisational models and expertise in implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Expertise in managing staff training and development programmes, including performance appraisal systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with empathy, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Management, Talent Acquisition, and the HR Centre of Service.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Italian, and German is required.
