What you will do

  • Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and quarterly business review (QBR) cadence aligned with global standards.
  • Build and maintain regional dashboards to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and ARR growth.
  • Operate the regional deal desk to enforce pricing guardrails, term standardization, and approvals.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to drive the adoption of methodologies like MEDDICC and support rep onboarding.
  • Manage regional execution in Salesforce and the GTM stack, including data governance and lead routing.
  • Serve as the primary EMEA point of contact, ensuring regional feedback improves global operational standards.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven ability to own forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk operations.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce administration and familiarity with CPQ tools.
  • Proven capability in data storytelling and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working within a global model and coordinating across time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-country enterprise contracting patterns and pricing strategy.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data management and attribution modeling.
