What you will do
- Manage and coordinate various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, sports, education expenses, and mobile phone plans.
- Consult employees on school/educational programs and assist with children’s education expense reimbursement.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure timely provision of benefits and transparent communication.
- Prepare regular reports on provided compensations and benefits.
- Reconcile payments and organize timely payment processes.
- Analyze the effectiveness of benefits and suggest program optimization ideas.
Requirements
- Understanding of life in Portugal.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role or with part of it (e.g., managing cars or other benefits) in Spain.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for numbers and strong attention to detail.
- Portuguese language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
