What you will do
- Input deal assumptions into underwriting models and tailor them by geography and asset type.
- Research market-level assumptions and synthesize findings into structured inputs for the underwriting model.
- Translate underwriting outputs into investor memos and PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain deal pipeline documentation and leverage AI tools to accelerate research and drafting tasks.
- Identify when assumptions are off-market and recommend adjustments.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in US commercial or residential real estate underwriting, acquisitions, or financial analysis.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret model outputs.
- Strong written English.
- Solid research skills and high attention to detail.
