What you will do

  • Support as a North Europe OT system specialist within internal and external expert networks.
  • Understand and support Valmet’s cybersecurity services portfolio and related technologies.
  • Support implementation and continuous development of OT/IT infrastructure security solutions.
  • Assist sales team with technical aspects of cybersecurity.
  • Develop business and operating models in cooperation with service, projects, and R&D teams.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, specialists, and automation/system technology teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in automation, IT/OT technology, or related science field.
  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in OT system engineering and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally (~25% of time).
  • Understanding of security frameworks such as NIS Directive, IEC 62443, and CRA is a plus.
