What you will do

  • Own the field marketing strategy for North America, covering conferences, sponsorships, and private executive events.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align event activity with active deals and target accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution.
  • Design exclusive engagement experiences like roundtables and workshops for key stakeholders.
  • Drive lead capture initiatives and ensure effective post-event follow-up for sales conversion.
  • Analyze event performance metrics like MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact to optimize ROI.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven record of executing industry events and roundtables that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams to support deal progression.
  • Operational proficiency in managing logistics, budgets, and vendors.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.
  • Must be based in North America and available for frequent travel.
