What you will do

  • Maintain and support core line of business applications.
  • Configure and set up systems according to Business Requirements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze issues within the Systems.
  • Assist in client on-boarding and new systems Implementation projects.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Document changes and designs of the application and handle change management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a support role.
  • Excellent team player with improvement initiatives.
  • Performance and process-driven mindset with root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies and architecture (SQL, IIS, Server platforms).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to multitask.
