What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication from kickoff to project closeout.
  • Manage 8–12 concurrent engagements, coordinating small engineering teams and AI-powered delivery tools.
  • Lead meetings with clear agendas and outcomes to protect team and client time.
  • Enforce scope discipline and handle change requests to maintain project profitability.
  • Oversee operational details including accurate invoicing, collections, and health reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools to coordinate delivery and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a client-facing project management or customer success role in software services or consulting.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing responsiveness.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to make decisions independently.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience working directly in Salesforce/MuleSoft tools.
  • Experience with Agile or sprint-based delivery.
  • Background managing SOW-driven engagements.
