What you will do

  • Own and scale paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and programmatic channels for a B2C loyalty app.
  • Develop alternative growth engines such as influencer partnerships, app store ads, referral programs, and community initiatives.
  • Lead paid social campaigns targeting game studios and ad tech partners for the Xsolla Ads B2B business.
  • Manage budgets, campaign calendars, and performance reporting to optimize acquisition cost and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, B2C, and sales teams to align growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Must have 7–8 years of experience in growth marketing or paid user acquisition for consumer apps.
  • Strong expertise in paid UA across multiple channels with fluency in the Android ecosystem.
  • Experience with mobile attribution tools like Adjust or AppsFlyer.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative and self-directed team player.

Nice to have

  • Experience with non-gaming consumer apps and mobile games.
  • iOS and mobile web user acquisition experience.
