What you will do
- Educate financial institutions on Ramp's offerings and translate the value proposition to meet partner's needs.
- Sign partnership agreements and create comprehensive go-to-market plans for commercial success.
- Drive revenue by generating client referrals from partnered institutions.
- Identify and build relationships with stakeholders within financial institutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Become an expert in Ramp’s product, features, and workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of work experience with 3 years in Business Development/Partnerships, Sales, Partnership Management, or Partner Sales.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
- History as a top performer, exceeding targets and quotas.
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Bias for action and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
