What you will do

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define, monitor, and advance strategic objectives and key business initiatives.
  • Partner with HR to oversee and refine the local onboarding process.
  • Manage essential HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and policy implementation support.
  • Coordinate office administration and manage local office budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and COO/CoS functions.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a strategic support, HR administration, operations, project management, or operational role.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in standard business productivity software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, management, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of related work experience.
  • Experience within the financial services or technology industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and AI Tooling.
