What you will do

  • Own positioning and messaging for Industry & Solutions globally with focus on regulated verticals
  • Develop deep understanding of buyers in Healthcare, Financial Services, and Contact Center including compliance requirements
  • Manage integrations with Telnyx platform per industry such as HIPAA-compliant healthcare workflows and PCI for financial services
  • Develop go-to-market strategy and competitive intelligence to differentiate Telnyx in each vertical
  • Iterate on strategic briefs based on sales feedback, competitor shifts, and customer wins
  • Deliver webinars, demos, and explainer content to convert vertical audiences

Requirements

  • Location: São Paulo, Brazil
  • 2-4 years in product marketing, preferably in B2B enterprise or regulated industries
  • Strategic thinking with market understanding beyond products
  • Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe, Veo3 for marketing content iteration
  • Comfortable presenting webinars, demos, and sales enablement
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory topics such as HIPAA, GDPR, and data residency

  • Experience in contact center or communications
  • Experience collaborating with senior Sales and leadership on positioning and enablement
