What you will do
- Lead the marketing function and team within the Indonesia Cluster.
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market processes, including product launches and campaigns.
- Coordinate digital and offline communication channels such as social media, email marketing, and PR.
- Drive organizational design and strategic talent development, leveraging diversity.
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and a P&L-driven approach.
- Oversee the marketing budget and act as a key business partner for the cluster commercial leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering, business, economics, or marketing).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing function/team leadership experience at country/cluster level.
- Experience in B2B, ideally combined with B2B2C/B2C.
- Fluency in English at a high level.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and driving large programs.
