What you will do

  • Lead the marketing function and team within the Indonesia Cluster.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market processes, including product launches and campaigns.
  • Coordinate digital and offline communication channels such as social media, email marketing, and PR.
  • Drive organizational design and strategic talent development, leveraging diversity.
  • Manage and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and a P&L-driven approach.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and act as a key business partner for the cluster commercial leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering, business, economics, or marketing).
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing function/team leadership experience at country/cluster level.
  • Experience in B2B, ideally combined with B2B2C/B2C.
  • Fluency in English at a high level.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and driving large programs.
