What you will do

  • Serve as a technical escalation point for bug mitigation and platform issues within assigned domains.
  • Collaborate with automation and development engineers to drive support automation efforts.
  • Partner with R&D teams to improve issue and bug resolution processes.
  • Provide feedback to testing teams to prevent code defects reaching production.
  • Deliver training and technical advice within assigned domains.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and maintain platform knowledge.
