What you will do

  • Manage and optimize paid search and other paid acquisition campaigns focusing on performance and efficiency.
  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across multiple international markets maintaining target CPA and ROAS goals.
  • Run A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend allocation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to improve campaign and landing page performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports communicating results, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid search acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns.
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
  • Location: Must be able to work from Vilnius, Warsaw, or Kaunas with hybrid schedule and up to two remote days per week.
