What you will do
- Assist senior change managers in executing organizational changes related to system implementations and restructures.
- Draft internal communications and prepare stakeholder presentations.
- Design and deliver training sessions to facilitate the adoption of new processes.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify affected employees, processes, and systems.
- Maintain change logs, track project progress, and prepare status reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and project activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in organizational change or project management.
- Experience with ERP implementations, preferably SAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Must be based in the US.
