What you will do

  • Assist senior change managers in executing organizational changes related to system implementations and restructures.
  • Draft internal communications and prepare stakeholder presentations.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to facilitate the adoption of new processes.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify affected employees, processes, and systems.
  • Maintain change logs, track project progress, and prepare status reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and project activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in organizational change or project management.
  • Experience with ERP implementations, preferably SAP.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Must be based in the US.
