What you will do
- Manage and maintain high volumes of commission-related data including credit rules, SPIFFs, and manual exceptions.
- Execute end-to-end commission processes from calculation to statement distribution and payment processing.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance to ensure data integrity.
- Resolve commission-related inquiries and dispute tickets within established timelines.
- Validate and post monthly commission accruals in NetSuite.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Professional experience in commissions analysis, sales compensation, or FP&A.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing large datasets.
- Effective cross-functional communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
