What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the privacy team, defining priorities and ensuring alignment with corporate privacy strategy.
  • Drive operational implementation of the data privacy framework, including maintenance of records of processing activities.
  • Manage data subject request processes and oversee incident response for personal data breaches.
  • Support product and engineering teams in applying privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles.
  • Conduct privacy audits, vendor risk assessments, and develop privacy training initiatives for the organization.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes to maintain ongoing compliance with international data protection laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Management, Data Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data privacy, information security compliance, or related fields.
  • Deep working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy frameworks.
  • Experience with AML/KYC requirements and data regulations within the online gaming industry.
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical and business processes.
  • Professional certification such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT preferred.
