What you will do
- Design and implement scalable, reliable backend systems from architecture through production deployment.
- Harden and optimize the platform for stability and performance.
- Lead implementation of backend services, APIs, and data models with a focus on maintainability.
- Set technical standards and establish best practices across code quality and system design.
- Act as a technical leader reviewing code and debugging complex issues.
- Improve development workflows and processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex software systems end-to-end.
- Understands Database Modeling and managing complex Database Transactions.
- Strong experience with API design and versioning strategies.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js.
