What you will do

  • Define and execute growth marketing strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Manage pipeline and revenue targets through integrated campaigns, ABM, and paid media.
  • Leverage AI tools for targeting, personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to align on ICP and coordinated execution.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, attribution modeling, and funnel performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with deep growth or demand generation expertise.
  • 3+ years of formal people management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Strong analytical mindset for working with complex attribution models.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
