What you will do

  • Serve as primary lead for high-value customers, building strong relationships with counterparts and becoming trusted advisor
  • Lead onboarding to start clients using Redis platform and drive adoption
  • Project-manage integrations and post-launch expansion initiatives with guidance and solutions
  • Work with commercial team to identify growth opportunities and develop account strategy
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally Customer Success for enterprise software
  • Experience with enterprise customers and dynamic/technical accounts
  • Proven experience growing customer relationships and expanding business understanding
  • Aptitude and curiosity for technical concepts (product is technical)
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, time management skills
  • Fluent Hebrew and English speaking
  • Bachelor's degree required
