What you will do
- Communicate with clients professionally via email and phone.
- Support Account Managers in coordinating and executing client requests in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues and complete tasks related to client websites, campaigns, or accounts.
- Address basic client campaign and account questions.
- Track client emails to ensure acknowledgement before the end of each day.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-1 year of experience, including internships.
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
