Senior Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts within the UK and Benelux Enterprise territory with an accent on generating opportunities and closing deals. Focus on developing and implementing sales strategies, collaborating with partners, and achieving revenue objectives.

Location: London, UK. While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office.

Salary: £105,000 - £130,000 base salary with a 50/50 on-target earnings (OTE) structure.

What you will do

  • Drive new business and account expansion into the UK and Benelux Enterprise territory.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned to regional and industry needs.
  • Focus on pipeline generation on defined top target accounts/sub-sectors.
  • Collaborate with technology ecosystem and alliance partners to accelerate new opportunity discovery.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from initial inquiry/outbound interaction through to forecasted pipeline.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives for territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive SaaS software sales experience.
  • Track record of success in closing business.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work at both a tactical and strategic level.
  • Must possess a can-do, self-starter mentality in a highly collaborative atmosphere.
