What you will do
- Cooperate with all stakeholders and development teams, supporting the Product Owner.
- Analyze customer business processes and initial documentation.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos; prioritize features and manage change requests.
- Support the development team in clarifying requirements and perform acceptance testing and validation.
- Create various artifacts including SRSs, minimal schema, configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, and release notes.
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of BA activities with a proven track record.
- Understanding of the technique of the project, including APIs, microservices, and headless approach.
- Skills in SEO, analytics, and accessibility.
- Practical experience in applying key BA techniques.
- Experience in Customer-facing communication.
- English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required.
