What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales and clients to design tailored implementation plans.
  • Lead and manage the full project implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating between customers and the development team.
  • Adapt system workflows to meet unique client-specific requirements.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by logging feature requests for engineering.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical implementation, consulting, or project management.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is required to present to native-speaking clients.
  • Strong project management skills with a history of multitasking.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and SaaS solutions.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
