Salary: $143,000 - $218,500 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Lead and nurture the growth of high-performing, self-organizing production teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align game development with the overall product vision.
  • Manage project scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and technical production requirements.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks to ensure efficient incremental delivery and integration.
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Act as a change agent, driving improvements in development processes and technical pipeline efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of production experience in the game industry, including management of producers.
  • Proven record of shipping AAA game titles at scale.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams within an Agile framework.
  • Strong understanding of technical game dev limitations, pipelines, TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project and team management.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work in the specified US states for remote arrangements.
