What you will do

  • Define and implement the global renewals strategy including segmentation and churn mitigation.
  • Design, optimize, and document renewal workflows within Salesforce to improve efficiency.
  • Lead renewal forecasting and provide executive-level reporting on churn risks and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success leadership.
  • Manage and optimize renewal-related technology stack and automate manual processes.
  • Analyze performance trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States with ability to work hybrid in Frisco, TX office.
  • 5-7+ years in Sales/CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Renewal Operations with 2+ years focused on renewals or retention.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce; experience with CPQ or Gainsight preferred.
  • Strong ability to build retention models and communicate complex data to C-suite executives.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale projects related to renewals or go-to-market strategies.
