What you will do
- Work 30% directly with customers and 70-80% on hands-on technical implementation.
- Design, develop, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations connecting DevRev with customer systems.
- Integrate SaaS and non-SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
- Optimize AI performance using prompt engineering, semantic search, and generative AI techniques.
- Write SQL queries, analyze data, and build dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, engineering, product, and support teams.
Requirements
- Must be located in Cebu, Philippines or able to work onsite.
- 3+ years of software development or platform engineering experience; customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and strong applied AI knowledge including LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience with API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with serverless/cloud deployment and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
