What you will do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end logistics for public and corporate learning programs, ensuring a smooth learner experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, managing inquiries, registrations, and funding-related documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with corporate clients, trainers, and facilitators for a cohesive program experience.
  • Maintain accurate program and participant records, oversee post-program activities, and monitor expenses.
  • Participate in internal improvement initiatives and provide operational insights to enhance curriculum and systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional services environment, program operations role, or a corporate client–facing function.
  • Experience in the education, training, or adult learning sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in professional settings.
  • Highly IT-savvy, comfortable navigating digital platforms (LMS, CRM, TMS) and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, able to multitask, and prioritize effectively.
