What you will do

  • Animate high-performance short-form videos for Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
  • Edit UGC and motion graphics using trend-driven formats tailored for social platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and paid media teams to ensure visual consistency.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate and enhance video, image, and SFX production.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics to iterate and optimize content formats.
  • Mentor and upskill junior motion designers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional motion design experience in agency, in-house, or startup environments.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Adobe After Effects (including plugins), Premiere, and CapCut.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic marketing design and high-level visual storytelling.
  • Experience with hook-driven storytelling frameworks and paid media algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, and Kling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
