What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of contract managers and legal counsels.
- Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs for the sales legal function.
- Drive standardization, automation, and implementation of CLM tools.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk commercial contracts.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales contract lifecycle including NDAs, MSAs, and reseller agreements.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and Compliance teams to enable revenue growth.
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- 8+ years of post-university experience in commercial contracting.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Fluency in English (outstanding written and verbal skills).
- Expertise in contract review, negotiation, and risk governance.
- Ability to drive process improvements and automation in a global environment.
