What you will do

  • Develop detailed, scenario-based 3-statement financial models for acquisitions, divestitures, and investment cases.
  • Support buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, including strategic decision-making and timeline management.
  • Contribute analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams and project leaders to deploy proprietary tools and frameworks.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of junior colleagues.
  • Travel to client locations as part of staffing assignments to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional consulting experience or 3+ years of relevant industry experience in Corporate Finance or M&A.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics required.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and corporate finance principles.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and work effectively in agile teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
