What you will do
- Develop detailed, scenario-based 3-statement financial models for acquisitions, divestitures, and investment cases.
- Support buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, including strategic decision-making and timeline management.
- Contribute analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with global internal teams and project leaders to deploy proprietary tools and frameworks.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of junior colleagues.
- Travel to client locations as part of staffing assignments to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional consulting experience or 3+ years of relevant industry experience in Corporate Finance or M&A.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics required.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and corporate finance principles.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and work effectively in agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
