What you will do

  • Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to extract insights on retention and organizational performance.
  • Develop and refine data-driven models to identify emerging trends in workforce behavior.
  • Analyze communication metadata, sentiment signals, and engagement survey data.
  • Translate complex business questions into testable research hypotheses.
  • Partner with People Team stakeholders to present clear, actionable intelligence.
  • Ensure data integrity and documentation rigor when handling sensitive employee information.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in statistical modeling and research methods.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis.
  • Ability to structure and analyze complex datasets.
  • High discretion and integrity for handling sensitive data.
  • Full-time availability (5 working days per week).

Nice to have

  • Academic background in Organizational Psychology, Talent Management, or Business Intelligence.
  • Experience with HRIS or ATS systems.
  • Prior research experience in behavioral science or consulting.
  • Interest in Organizational Network Analysis (ONA).
