What you will do

  • Orchestrate AI agents to autonomously build and deploy features from UX through to the database.
  • Architect scalable patterns that allow for the efficient launch of new multi-tenant travel portals.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the codebase that enable safe and high-velocity agentic development.
  • Define technical guardrails and feedback loops to maximize the reliability of LLM-driven systems.
  • Drive technical documentation and specifications by leveraging AI to facilitate asynchronous consensus.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define roadmaps and execute complex product features.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to direct AI agents and automated workflows to architect and maintain complex systems.
  • Expertise in designing technical guardrails and automated feedback loops for AI-driven software.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience with or mastery-level willingness to learn development in Scala.
  • Strong product thinking with an anchor in customer experience and quality.
  • Must be eligible to work within the United States.
