What you will do
- Lead group-wide performance marketing delivery across Paid Media, SEO/GEO, CRO, and Affiliate channels.
- Develop and implement execution standards, tooling, and frameworks for consistency and quality.
- Champion a rigorous experimentation culture by designing rapid tests and scaling what works.
- Lead and develop a team of performance marketing specialists across regional pods.
- Provide clear performance direction through agile sprint planning and quarterly planning cycles.
- Foster cross-regional knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years leading multi-brand or multi-market teams.
- Hands-on expertise across Paid Media, SEO/GEO, CRO, and Affiliate.
- Proven track record managing significant budgets (€10M+) and complex multi-channel acquisition programs.
- Strong analytical rigour with attribution models and BI dashboards.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language.
- Must have the right to work in the country you're applying for, as we are unable to support relocation packages or sponsorship visas.
