TL;DR
Regional Account Executive (Sales): Selling innovative safety technology to public sector clients, focusing on demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales. Location: Must live local to Northern California and requires regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons.
Salary: Starting OTE of $250,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options, and uncapped commissions. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators.

What you will do
- Focus on a single market and own demand generation.
- Manage partnerships and full-cycle software sales.
- Build territory and drive pipeline through outbound and referrals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on outside/field software sales.
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory.
- Able to quickly digest and learn technical products.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
