TL;DR

Regional Account Executive (Sales): Selling innovative safety technology to public sector clients, focusing on demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales. Focus on consultative sales, building relationships with law enforcement, and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must live local to Northern California and requires regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons.

Salary: Starting OTE of $250,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options, and uncapped commissions. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators.

What you will do

  • Focus on a single market and own demand generation.
  • Manage partnerships and full-cycle software sales.
  • Build territory and drive pipeline through outbound and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on outside/field software sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory.
  • Able to quickly digest and learn technical products.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience is a plus.
