  • Develop software and solutions across the stack that improve product reliability and product velocity.
  • Collaborate with team to design Simple, Scalable, and Reliable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents and participate in blameless post-mortems and follow-through.
  • Have a passion for product engineering mindset, where the customer might be an internal or external customer.

Requirements

  • B.S./B.A.in Computer Engineering/Science or technically related.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • 4+ years experience delivering software using C#, Java, or similar languages.
  • 2+ years of experience in a public cloud environment (preferably AWS).
  • 2+ years of experience developing applications leveraging Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source code control and artifact tooling (git, JFrog, etc.).
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience leveraging Kafka or similar streaming technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with monitoring stacks (ELK, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Refactoring a monolith into microservices.
  • Experience using BDD and Gherkin.
  • Experience at a Medical Device Company.
