What you will do

  • Lead and complete data analysis processes to deliver project and stakeholder value.
  • Develop routines for key metrics and standard analysis content.
  • Conduct analysis on large data sets using SQL and Python.
  • Prototype and model new data sources to facilitate analytics.
  • Develop BI dashboards and visualization templates using Tableau and other BI tools.
  • Research new methods and technologies to enhance analytics automation and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of applicable experience in data analysis or similar work.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other languages like Python for data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Ability to understand complex technical projects and IT terminology.
  • English B2 proficiency required for clear written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Databricks, MS SQL, or Microsoft Project.
  • Healthcare industry experience or background.
