What you will do
- Prepare and select flavours for customer projects, presentations, and research, considering customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Participate in flavour evaluations across food applications for briefs, research studies, and portfolio reviews.
- Contribute to tasting sessions and customer presentations, providing sensory insights and technical support.
- Manage and maintain flavour data and recipe documentation for all food product applications.
- Ensure accurate evaluation and documentation of flavour performance data.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment in compliance with EH&S policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong R&D background in savoury applications, specializing in sauce and noodle segments.
- Solid understanding of research documentation protocols, lab procedures, and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene, environmental standards, and food product production processes.
- Skilled in sensory evaluation with the ability to describe flavour profiles accurately.
