What you will do
- Participate in cross-functional change management initiatives and support readiness activities.
- Monitor and manage change initiatives to ensure proper governance and oversight.
- Develop and execute change management plans and sustainment strategies.
- Create reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate program progress.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Support updates to program documentation and training resources.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analysis
- At least 1 year of experience supporting change management or risk assessment programs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear reporting and presentations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with risk management and governance practices
