What you will do
- Coordinate project initiation, planning, and scope management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Manage team ramp-up, resourcing, and onboarding to ensure alignment with delivery requirements.
- Maintain and apply delivery best practices, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies, using established tools.
- Monitor and report project progress, financial health, risks, and blockers to internal and client stakeholders.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients to ensure project success and service satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to organizational delivery standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT project delivery, coordination, or team management
- Experience coordinating teams of up to 20 FTEs
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery lifecycles, specifically Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with contract types like SOW and MSA
- Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency is required
- Basic financial literacy including gross margin, rate cards, and budget forecasting
