What you will do

  • Engage new and existing strategic enterprise accounts to demonstrate value of HashiCorp technology portfolio
  • Lead resources and teams across sales opportunities to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage sophisticated enterprise sales campaigns involving multiple stakeholders
  • Align HashiCorp solutions to customer business needs and technical requirements
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of revenue and new logos
  • Accurately forecast business and qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC methodology

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • Experience in security, open source software business models, and cloud/infrastructure software
  • Proven track record in strategic sales and closing enterprise deals
  • Strong operational discipline with business planning and forecasting skills
  • Excellent executive presence and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, Slack, and Tableau
