What you will do
- Provide advanced L3 support for production Azure environments, troubleshooting complex infrastructure and security incidents.
- Ensure SLA compliance and participate in on-call rotations to manage critical escalations.
- Perform technical assessments of client environments and design improvements based on the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep to drive cloud modernization and automation.
- Produce clear operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base materials for proactive risk management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to optimize performance, cost, and reliability.
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing Microsoft Azure production environments.
- Proven background in L3 managed infrastructure support.
- Strong understanding of Azure architecture, security principles, and networking.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing advisory role.
- Strong technical expertise in Azure Identity, Compute, Storage, and Networking.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) and Windows/Linux administration.
