What you will do

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from first contact to closing deals.
  • Handle complex deals with multiple stakeholders and build long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Position ShippyPro as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with the team on implementation and Customer Success handover.
  • Participate in events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Bring strategic insights from the market to the product team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
  • Logistics or supply chain background.
  • Experience with long sales cycles (60–90+ days) and complex deals.
  • Ability to manage conversations at C-level.
  • Consultative mindset.
  • Proven track record closing deals above €10K.
  • Fluent Italian, professional English
