What you will do

  • Lead transformation interventions, leveraging expertise in organizational design, analytics, process review, and change management.
  • Manage engagement delivery, monitoring client satisfaction, project scope, communication, quality, and profitability.
  • Facilitate workshops with leaders (up to Board level) to balance stakeholder needs, weigh options, and make decisions.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior and executive clients, including those with international points of contact.
  • Develop business and lead proposals, articulating a compelling vision for transformation and identifying new opportunities.
  • Proactively enhance Korn Ferry's solutions' approach, tools, and skill set.

Requirements

  • A relevant higher degree (Master’s or Doctorate) plus significant work experience in a consultancy or client HR/OD function.
  • Substantial experience solutioning and leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation within complex, multinational organizations.
  • Significant experience in change management and leading project teams.
  • Significant business acumen and experience advising senior executives across various business models and industries.
  • Technical depth in one or more of the following: cultural transformation, people strategy, top team development, or organization design.
  • Strong analytical, project management, facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills.
  • English: B2+ required.

  • Experience of using organizational analytical tools (e.g., OrgVue, Dynaplan).
