What you will do
- Create analysis models and documentation to bridge business requirements and technical teams.
- Gather information from stakeholders and translate technical limitations to non-technical users.
- Standardize methodologies, processes, and tools while mentoring junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Functional Analyst role within an agile software development environment.
- Proven ability to create analysis models and documentation that bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams.
- Strong expertise in gathering information from stakeholders and translating technical limitations to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in traditional analysis methodologies applied within Agile, Scrum, or iterative frameworks.
- Fluent English communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality technical and functional documentation.
- Experience with software testing basics and an understanding of test automation principles.
