What you will do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Design mockups/wireframes (Figma) and model/optimize business processes (UML).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and product owners.
  • Coordinate multiple teams, synchronize activities, monitor progress, and ensure feature delivery.
  • Facilitate decision-making, provide acceptance testing, and participate in the release cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT projects.
  • Hands-on experience in writing specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Practical skills in process modeling and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence) and creating wireframes/mockups in Figma.
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, and experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and in large-scale or international projects.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-team collaboration, strong communication/facilitation skills, and professional knowledge of English is mandatory.
