What you will do
- Take complete responsibility for the sportsbook and esports product lifecycle and scaling strategy.
- Lead integration of sportsbook providers, APIs, feeds, and back office systems.
- Manage API configurations, market setup, and operational workflows.
- Monitor odds competitiveness, implement risk controls, and structure promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing on event-driven campaigns and tournament activations.
- Track and optimise KPIs: Handle, Margin, GGR, NGR, ARPU, Retention, LTV.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sportsbook operations experience within iGaming.
- Direct experience launching or scaling sportsbook products at startups or early-stage casinos.
- Strong understanding of crypto casino ecosystems.
- Proven experience integrating sportsbook providers from scratch.
- Deep expertise in risk management, odds structuring, and trading models.
- Experience owning and managing sportsbook P&L independently.
