What you will do
- Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
- Design tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
- Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the A&D (Architecture & Design) community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience.
- Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.
- Ability to lift/move items over 20 lbs and adhere to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
